Kate is a Manager of Client Partnerships at the Stott Group, where she helps build systems, knowledge, and relationships that unlock capital for social impact leaders. Kate leverages her philanthropic expertise and project management skills to cut through complexity and ensure operational excellence, in service of driving greater equity and impact.
Before joining the Stott Group, Kate worked as Director of Investor Relations at New Profit, a venture philanthropy organization that provides capital and capacity-building support to social entrepreneurs advancing equity. Kate helped facilitate the design of effective cultivation and stewardship strategies, donor communications, development operations, and team management.
Prior to her time at New Profit, Kate worked at Liminality Partners, a philanthropic advising firm, where she delivered a comprehensive literature review on the state of philanthropy and nonprofit fundraising. Kate also worked at the Obama Foundation, where she provided development and operational support to the CEO.
Kate holds a BA from Dartmouth College. Originally from North Carolina, Kate now resides in Boston, Massachusetts. In her spare time, you can find her playing with her cat, knitting, or hiking all over New England.

I find my purpose in connecting social impact leaders to the relationships and resources that will enable them to grow their impact. I truly believe that meaningful relationships between social impact leaders and philanthropists have the power to change our world.
