Kristina Joss is a purpose-driven operations and strategy executive with nearly 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations build the resilient foundations they need to grow and sustain their impact. As Managing Director of Client Partnerships at The Stott Group, she leads the client practice with a focus on delivery excellence, operational innovation, and positioning the firm to scale its impact with the organizations it serves.

Kristina brings a rare combination of strategic vision and operational rigor to client partnerships — building the systems, rhythms, and frameworks that enable teams to do their best work without losing sight of what matters most. She is known for finding clarity through complexity, turning ambitious goals into executable strategies, and building organizational capabilities that last.

Before joining Stott, Kristina served as Chief Growth Officer at GlobalGiving, the international social enterprise connecting nonprofits with funders across 175+ countries, where she led major organizational transformation and delivered 120% revenue growth while guiding the team through rapid scaling and crisis response. Earlier, she built Salterbaxter’s North American consulting practice from the ground up, advising Fortune 250 executives on sustainability strategy, and held roles at Business in the Community (UK) and Jaguar Land Rover. Throughout her career she has partnered with organizations including Airbnb, Fidelity Charitable, Meta, PepsiCo, and Hilton.

Kristina holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Edinburgh and serves on the board of Blue Atlas Project. She lives in Washington, DC.
